He says constitutional courts must adopt a broader outlook to safeguard people's rights
There are currently seven judges in the Appellate Division including the chief justice
He says the law ministry is making headway towards establishing a separate secretariat for the judiciary
He believes it will help ensure the judiciary’s institutional independence and autonomy
The meeting will be held in the Supreme Court Auditorium in the afternoon from 5:45pm to 6:45pm
