Some of the new vaccine advisers have published papers, posted on social media, or written online biographies with anti-vaccine views
The move is the most far-reaching in a series of actions by Kennedy, a long-time vaccine sceptic, to reshape US regulation of vaccines, food and medicine
The order gives drugmakers price targets in the next 30 days, and will take further action to lower prices if those companies do not make "significant progress" toward those goals
