Senior BNP leader Khosru says only the Election Commission can decide on a date
On his return from London, he says political consensus emerged among the leaders during London talks on the need for election to transition from the current administration
He says 90 percent of the political parties want election within December
If the opinions of other stakeholders had been sought, the budget would not have been so one-sided and conventional, the party says
