Second day of rescue efforts at Siddique Bazar building

Rescuers are trying to find a way to carry out a search of the basement of the Siddique Bazar building, which has become unstable after a blast tore through it on Tuesday. A national committee has been formed to oversee the rescue. Rescuers will take action once the committee comes to a decision.
