Road safety remains a far cry

Bangladesh is set to observe the 6th National Road Safety Day on Saturday, Oct 22, 2022, but reckless driving and jaywalking causing road traffic accidents happen on the eve of the day despite growing public demand and government efforts to make the country's roads and highways safe.
