Lives lost in train ‘arson’

Three coaches of Mohanganj Express from Netrokona were burnt in Dhaka in the small hours of Tuesday, Dec 19, 2023, in an alleged arson attack by protesters in support of the BNP’s hartal, or shutdown. Rescuers recovered four bodies from one of the coaches after dousing the fire.
