Children overcome jitters to get COVID vaccine shots

Bangladesh has launched a drive to administer COVID-19 vaccine shots to children aged 5-11 in 12 city corporation areas across the country on Thursday, Aug 25, 2022. Teachers provided chocolates at schools to help settle students' nerves The vaccine shots will be given at designated centres from 9 am to 3 pm every day during the two-week-long drive.
