Cumilla Victoria College flooded by heavy rain

Heavy rain caused by a deep depression in the Bay of Bengal has flooded the campus of Cumilla Victoria Government College, including Kazi Nazrul Islam Hall. Rainwater has entered all 33 rooms on the ground floor of the hall.
