Tea production in Panchagarh

Tea cultivation began two decades ago in the northern district of Panchagarh. Although there is not enough government land, the fallow lands of the plains are used for tea production. The number of tea gardens in this district is increasing because it is relatively profitable. The name of this district is rising to the second position in tea production.
