Funerals of fire victims at Viqarunnisa

An air of sorrow hung over Viqarunnisa Noon School and College on Friday after the death of teacher Lutfun Nahar Karim Lucky and her daughter Jannatin Tajri Nikita, a former student of the institution, in a fire at a restaurant building on Bailey Road. Colleagues, students and parents gathered for their funerals at the college ground after Juma prayers.
