Floating flowers in Vaisabi colours

The Vaisabi festival, a new year celebration of small ethnic groups in the Chattogram Hill Tracts, begins with flowers floated in the water. The hill tribes celebrate the Vaisabi festival on the last two days of Chaitra, the last month of the Bangla calendar, and the first day of Baishakh.
