Land dispute on Paris Road

Dhaka North City Corporation and the National Housing Authority are at loggerheads over a 127.27 decimal piece of vacant land on Paris Road in the capital's Mirpur. The city corporation, backed by Mayor Atiqul Islam, says it is meant to be a playground, while the housing authority says plots were allotted to people.
