Polluted Buriganga on World Water Day

When World Water Day is being observed across the globe on Friday, the people crossing the Buriganga River or residing along it in Dhaka are struggling with rising pollution amid no visible efforts to prevent contamination. As the unusable water of the river is getting darker, the stench is becoming more and more unbearable.
