Blue Dream Group has unveiled a new horizon in Bangladesh’s garment sector through diversified operations and maintenance of an exemplary standard.

The group currently operates through six distinct concerns: Blue Dream Co. Limited, Blue Dream Fabric Limited, Blue Dream Interior Design Limited, Blue Dream Leather Limited, Blue Dream Real Estate Limited and the non-profit organisation Asian Life Foundation.

Together, these organisations have established Blue Dream Group as a well-organised industrial group that significantly contributes to the nation’s economic progress, the conglomerate said in a statement.

The group has become a trusted name in Bangladesh’s garment industry, with its products now being exported to countries worldwide.

It pioneered the dealer, depot and showroom-based business model in Bangladesh, which has received ISO certification for maintaining international standards.

Every employee of the group receives necessary support, reflecting the company’s commitment to being a worker-friendly organisation.

Additionally, the group’s Managing Director KSM Shopnill Chowdhury Shohag donates 20 percent of the company’s profits to social and humanitarian causes, the statement read.

Alongside donations to charitable organisations, he provides scholarships to students and free medical assistance to the underprivileged. His initiatives demonstrate that business success can be harmoniously aligned with social responsibility.

Beyond entrepreneurship, he is also an author and motivational speaker.

His books–Dream and Success and From Nothing to Dream Fulfilled–narrate his struggles, achievements and the growth story of Blue Dream Group, garnering widespread acclaim among readers.

He is also actively involved in education and youth development.

Recently, he attended the 6th Ruqayyah Debate Festival 2025, where he spoke on the importance of enthusiasm, leadership, and self-development among youths.

He recently received the prestigious Nepal International Excellence Award 2024. This international recognition honours his global business leadership and innovative vision.
