Singapore Airlines, or the SIA Group, is offering its KrisFlyer rewards programme members exclusive priority access to tickets for Lady Gaga’s upcoming concert in Singapore. This comes as part of the airline group's new role as the event’s official lifestyle rewards partner.

The Singapore leg of Lady Gaga’s concert will take place at the Singapore National Stadium, and span over four days, on May 18, 19, 21, and 24.

KrisFlyer members will receive exclusive priority access to all nine ticket categories during the KrisFlyer Presale, starting on Mar 20 at 12pm, Singapore time. The discounted tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster using Mastercard credit or debit cards via a private link with a unique access code.

KrisFlyer requires members to register through an online form and subscribe to KrisFlyer and SIA Group Email Promotions in order to unlock priority access. The form must be submitted by Mar 13, 11:59pm, Singapore time. Eligible members will receive an email with the access code and private link by Mar 18.

Members can also redeem miles on the KrisFlyer Experiences website for tickets in six categories from Mar 20. PPS Club members, Solitaire PPS Club supplementary cardholders, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members will have access to redemptions from 12pm, while KrisFlyer and KrisFlyer Elite Silver members can begin redeeming from 3pm.

Members need a Ticketmaster account to purchase tickets. A maximum of six tickets can be purchased for each Ticketmaster transaction, and a maximum of six tickets can be redeemed via miles on KrisFlyer Experiences by each member.

Dai Haoyu, senior vice president marketing planning of Singapore Airlines, said: “KrisFlyer’s exciting partnership with Lady Gaga’s Singapore concert underscores our commitment to offering members world-class experiences with globally acclaimed artistes. We are dedicated to expanding our rewards programme beyond travel, providing greater value and creating unforgettable moments for our members.”

This collaboration with Lady Gaga’s Singapore concert marks KrisFlyer’s latest partnership with renowned music artists, following Ed Sheeran’s Singapore tour in February 2024 and Stefanie Sun’s highly anticipated 25th-anniversary concert in April.
