Police have recovered the body of a general manager at Ha-Meem Group, two days after he went missing.

Officers suspect he was murdered and left in a secluded area in Diabari.

The victim, Md Ahsan Ullah, 48, was the GM of "That's It Sports Wear Ltd", a unit of Ha-Meem Group.

His body was found on Tuesday afternoon near Plot 10, Road 3, Sector 16 in Diabari, said Turag police.

“The body exhibited signs of decomposition, with some injuries that were not immediately visible. However, based on forensic evidence and the surrounding environment, we believe he was murdered elsewhere before being dumped here,” said Turag Police Station chief Rahat Khan.

Ahsan, an engineer by profession, had been missing since Sunday afternoon.

His family filed a police complaint on Monday, said Rahat.
